They are the law, Kent. There is nothing left to conserve; such has been the efficacy of our "GOP" conservatorship.
They are trying to get out Paxton so hard. They forced a primary runoff against him versus another Bush. All Texas folks, go vote in primary runoff and keep Paxton.
