Look at it seizing on any sanctioned nation's reserves held in its monetary system recently. Venezuela, Syria, Libya, Iraq etc. Even Serbia if we go that far back.

I was going to call you out, but you're right. There seems to have been some sanctions imposed in the past on the behest of the UN.
