I completely agree. Very few people appear to fully grasp the power of media fakery. They seem to be very busing using mainstream news sources to formulate an opinion on the events that may, or may not be unfolding in far away lands. At this point, it is not logical to assume, that every mainstream and independent information source, including every piece of photographic or video 'evidence' could be corrupted or falsified.
If this is a logical assumption, then is it not more sensible to completely ignore everything that does not have a direct impact on ones own life, to live, be happy, and ignore every attempt to get us to 'take a side'?
It can get exhausting. I try to, but I end up really questioning significantly less than everything.
That's why it needs to be a group effort and we need communication channels--to question. Censoring that communication is arguably a deliberate measure to ensure the people remain ill-informed.
