The term green energy is a hoax. Pure fraud. It only profits. At even staggering costs. Yes there is the little white lies skewed into any narrative. Where combustion does produce toxicity. But almost unlike anything EMR, and the waste of increasing electronics. It is speeding up consumption and automation in even more machiavellian attempts to invasively intrude and police you into dystopia. No we fundamentally don't get our energy from the sun or the wind. Props. Where science yes stuff grows needing light and warmth to live. But we are fundamentally using products made out of resources and we are using far more products and services the more we increase in electronics. These aren't green at all. Not green at all. IPhone, microwave, fridge what. Worse with a wind turbine. They don't recycle neither do solar panels. Instead they break even quicker. But we need them because some cunt called them green.

It is about dominating that source. If you own the railway, it was often the only means then, you can charge what you want. But you faster divest from other methods profiting. The stagecoach, wagon train riding through conflict zones. Or the merchant clippers taking much longer under pirate attack. Primative. Today that source aims to enslave you fully. Yes big oil has been funding renewables. They're far more profitable. They still need big oil to make their bullshit products. But everything transport, energy, literally every product, and sooner agriculture, currency require it as their only means.
