I think we need a megathread for fake war footage.
Yeah the invasion might be "real," but the coverage it's getting in western media is like the straight to VHS, art school-tier remake of Wag The Dog. They aren't even trying to hide it, and it needs to be called out.

The super suspicious pro-Russia propaganda started popping up a few days before they invaded. They knew American boomers were highly susceptible to online propaganda and started greasing the tracks for online support to sway in their favor. It worked.

The idea is to recycle old pictures and frame the narrative that the Ukrainian president is on the front lines fighting, when in reality he was doing border inspections and never in any real danger. It's propaganda. Apparently the media still haven't learned that the internet is a thing and people can fact check bullshit now.

Anyways, they have those live feeds things. And the news was giving a protestor an interview. He was so bad at reading you could tell it was a script. The reporter literally had to help him finish a sentence. So I called it out and said he's reading from a script for the wef. And the news outlet hosting it banned me for calling them out.
If they're trying to paint him in a positive light he's jewish, but if any of US said he's jewish then it's anti-semitic.
Why would anyone think Israel could be an impartial arbitrator in any capacity at all? Propaganda is failing.

The Ukraine is backed HEAVILY by certain “Democrats” and like minded individuals, who have been practicing and perfecting the art of propaganda on their own people, without restraint, since 2020.
And of course, it would be stupid to assume Russia isn’t propagating the same levels of bullshit.
I think its best to sit back and reserve judgement until we see what exactly Putin is after and what he is doing next.

I’m not declaring this a fake war, but I’m not throwing support behind Zelenskyy because I know who paid for him, and more importantly Soros is supporting him.
I’ve witnessed my government, military, media (traditional and digital) and medical community lie like bastards to me since at least 2014, but I’m pretty sure the cancer leads back to the early 1990s. This realizion has forced me to rethink my views on geo- poltics, propaganda, and basic interpretation of reality.
And when you consider what they managed to convince 40%-50% of the population about Trump and how many more they convinced about Covid and vaccines.... I really gotta start re-assesing if they have been completely honest about what they have reported to me about Putin.
For now, I’m gonna sit back, clean a few guns, watch TV and see how this plays out for at least the next week.
Yeah I am perfectly capable of not like Putin AND also not trusting Zelenskyy. I don't try to wedge everyone into either bad guy or good guy roles like it's a football game. The real world is rarely that simple.

The Russians and Ukrainians are both good people, their leaders, however, that's another story entirely. I'd chill with Russian people before Americans because I know there's a 50% chance that an American is going to be a degenerate marxist piece of shit whereas the majority of Russians don't tolerate such faggotry.
The thing is we already know the media is lazy and just lifts whatever photos they can find to make their stories look better. But laziness does not mean the news from the front is false, it could also be due to lack of footage and photos of what is currently happening. If I am at war, I would probably not want my current position revealed for instance and journalists are probably not on the front lines taking photos. I think we just have to admit that we don't know what is happening for sure.

Fake war coverage and war propaganda, but maybe hard to call it a fake war, even if scripted.
I'm usually never a fan of anything but the cold truth, but if some of this propaganda raises the morale of the UA people, then I think it's worth it.
I have friends there and I saw how the ghost of Kyiv gives them hope. While I often say hope is evil, in situations of being powerless, hope maybe be the only light. These types of stories provide optimism, not false hope.
If they need to believe that Zelensky is riding around on a horse like braveheart, I'm willing to photoshop it.
