And all western countries offer easy and unconditional permanent residence and citizenship only for the Russian elite, and never for normal Russian people to avoid nation separation. Looks like all the time West thoroughly tried to keep normal Russians, Belorussians and Ukrainians in their borders at any cost. Now TPTB go to the next stage - joining up of that confinements.
