There is literally nothing a few well-placed and well-executed death flags cannot destroy.

Just go look at Pol Pot for an example.

I can promise you on that level of economic destruction, even for the rest of the century at a minimum, your whole area does NOT recover.

Same with Ancient Greece or Egypt to an extent.
