Really there are two completely different and non-overlapping "against authority" groups. They are divided not by political views or something else.
First group is going from the bottom in their "against authority" - from something very local up to some party/branch/level/organization/etc that satisfy or share their discontent. This group widely used by NWO to destroy local things, that are the essential base of human society - family, community, relations, religion, sex, logic, etc. They never will rise up in their "against authority" higher than the level of comfort and in no case is harmful for NWO.
Second group is going the other way - from the top to the bottom. They initially targeted at NWO, the highest authority, and they are "against authority" while authorities on the way down submit to NWO to protect local things from that pro-NWO authorities. That group is very harmful for NWO and in no way NWO will somehow use them in their plans. Because they are smarter and unpredictable. NWO will only oppress that group (may be even using first one), and will never use them.
Last, but not least - don't overestimate NWO intellect. They are not as smart as they want to appear. Really they are even dumber than most people. If they were as smart as some imagine, they would have already implemented all their plans without any fuckups and you would have been in first lines to help them. They are dumber than anybody who is able to see their lie.

Even if you take 5 random people from the street instead coworkers, at least 2 will gladly support the conversation (one even could began to tell about reptiloids, numerology, kaballah and other crazier stuff) and 3rd and 4th will partially agree. 5th could run to FSB/Police to snitch, but highly probably will not do that to save his face/ass and internal organs from punches and kicks from me and other 4. May be I'll even obtain one or two friends. Unfortunately, most will do nothing, and disperse grieving about rough life and lack of money and perspectives.
