This is assuming that the army would actually go through with it. I wonder if the reason he hasn't brought them up yet is because he's not sure of their support and it could become a coup d'etat.

He also needs to understand that, if this goes the wrong way, it could trigger a protest in cities across Canada, possibly a global insurection. I wonder if he does.
