Those guns are shit tier Canadian legal “non-restricted” class firearms. AR180’s, some PCC’s and a Vector .22. They can be bought and sold by anyone with only a license. The only restricted and registered guns there are the handguns, which can only be used at a gun range. Body armour is legal in many provinces with a gun license. There is no crime here far as I can tell, they just kicked the door in on a nearby legal gun owner to make a news story.
