You left out the best part.

They are testing it also as a NEW primary 3 shot series.

It's not a booster. It resets everybody to zero (UNvaxxed) and everybody gets 3 new shots, none of Which are classified as boosters.

Miss one of those 3 shots and you remain UNvaxxed
