No quad copter rotors, no jet propulsion signatures... it Looks like a camera on a tripod flying upside down with some kind of fixed wing at the top made out of pulsating white matter/film. Pause at around 4-6 seconds before video ends to see it when it’s in front of the water. I think this thing is at least 5 foot long/tall.
