2019- China is making the doomsday virus with its US partners, one of three things happen:

1. China gets wind of a doublecross, that when released it will be blamed on them
2. China is suffering from paranoid marxist syndrome
3. China feels comfortable enough or pressured enough to move to a true superpower position and has the arms and intel (read:blackmail) to make a go of it

China releases the virus on purpose WITH the knowledge that it hasn’t perfected at the required 10%+ fatality rate, and has all the receipts from Uncle Sam and Fort Dietrich to prove US’s complicitness.
