Government is about to ban dining and basically shut down the economy in Hong Kong because of 1 "Omicron case". There are around 5-6 cases today. (It's a soft curfew and mass closures of various industries that require personal contact, not a lockdown BTW)

I know it's based on the zero tolerance covid policy in China, but in HK the government DOES hold back if there's enough backlash (there's a full blown indoor eating ban in July, 2020 that got repealed). As I noted below, nobody cares to.

I have a full community infested with people who supported the Black Bloc killer rampages in 2019 and were still radically "pro-democracy" and explained to them what I knew. (Covid is flu, they will not stop fucking you up unless you ignore all mandates right NOW, the PCR tests do not work and are a main tool of fear, and the goal is the silent death of human society through deprivation and shutdowns)

Nobody cared. Literally. People even blame the government for letting Cathay Pacific pilots in and spreading Omicron here. And then they blamed a government official who tested positive for a PCR test for spreading the virus.

Ahahaha. Hahahaaa.
