Hmmm never tried that. Honestly started using the dried root tea years ago for digestive health and really like the flavor, it is interesting to find out that it is related to chicory (or has the primary compound according to this article). Must be why the tea has the dark, earthy type of flavor.
On pizza how do you prepare them? Do you use the heads? Vegetation or root? Dried or fresh?
