You can go outside and prove this one for yourself without any equipment necessary, but if you have binoculars or a telescope it would amplify the proof for you

Another good one that doesn’t require equipment is the Coriolis effect
Snipers having to estimate for the spin of the earth during the bullet travel time
No one blinks an eye at this
But then why doesn’t the Coriolis effect apply to planes or helicopters?
Helicopters don’t hover and the earth spins beneath them at a 1000 miles per hour (at the equator)
