You can safely ignore the mask mandates. They are also unenforceable. They rely on some low level power hungry nerd to get in your face to encourage people to mask, and the law wont be on the nerds side.

Not in WA, unless they change their message, even King County police have said that the governors office has not asked them to enforce any laws related to covid mandates.
It would have to be an extremely irate business calling the cops on a customer for something to happen.

Unfortunately by me, they get you on a trespassing charge and local government will fine businesses that don't enforce it.
