I am convinced it's fake. They are manufacturing reasons to get legal restrictions companies that host anything people write or post. This benefits big tech most of all, because smaller start-ups will not be able to comply with the restrictions, and big tech will have patented algorithms and armies of people in places like India to censor content.

We can only hope the practice does not provoke people with mental health issues to murder innocent Jews.
