It's desperation.
Desperation creates marvels like Stalin, Hitler, Mao and Pol Pot.
And it will lead more into the ultimate genocide with no name.
I see lots of people suggesting that it's desperation. I don't see this as desperation, just the next step in the plan. Tyranny is always a slow process of ramping up the government over reach.
