Same hairline, wrinkles, etc. Downvote if you want so much to support your clone theory, however, this picture proves nothing. If he was a clone, there should be a lot of noticable mismatches from previous versions - slight changes that should occur due to different climate, different facial features or frequency of them, different aging of the skin, hair, etc., it would be impossible for a clone to mimic exactly the whole life of Biden to be as accurate as this photo. Also, if clones existed - they would never even bother to vaccinate us, they would've just killed us off in an open war with pure numbers and tech.
