They perform their rituals and it is not like the big ceremonies - they do a small one that only grants them the spirit in their dreams and then they communicate with them. This is all well documented in occult books from every century.
But I would never do it. Every satanist sooner or later realizes that they have falled into a trap of which it is really hard to get free. Just remember that to do the ritual, they need to collect bones, defile plants, kill animals and humans, drink blood, etc. - all of this is done BEFORE the spirit grants you whatever they want, so the black magician is already tainting his/her soul BEFORE the supposed wish is granted.
Indeed. They work, but I will never try them. Aleister Crowley has an extensive work with correct sigils. There are other works but I hope you never try them. I am curious about this stuff but I will never ever attempt this on my own. I only research this to recognize the sigils.

Ars Goetia, Dictionnaire Infernal, etc. The videos you watched are about the Necronomicon that speaks of the old ones - the demons that are locked away. These should be the most powerful and crooked. It is also said that reading from the real Necronomicon will make you go insane, but there is no way I can verify this.
Rituals are used to make a connection with a specific constellation where demons are said to live. Rituals are not so important, it is the deed of the magician to either kill a person or an animal, drink blood/canibalism, disturb the dead, etc. Any unnatural act committed by a human is like a drug for the demons - they feed off of anger, fear, sadness, etc. This is what attracts the demons to come to the ritual place. The sigils, names, shapes are of vibrational value. Sound can form shapes in sand and this is how they found out the correct symbols and shapes to match the constellation. They also have to speak specific words to match that frequency. Mathematics plays a key role to form the proper elements needed. Additionally, they can use smells to add to the ritual's vibration.
Demons don't come in an actual form to the magician, they usually first appear in dreams or visions. They can either influence someone or possess them. Females are usually used for that purpose as they are more easily possessed (apparently). It is important to undergo fasting before a big ritual, so the dreams are more vivid and remembered upon awakening. Some call it astral travel, other sabbath, perhaps there are more terms for this.

I've heard about hollow earth theories, but again - I have nothing to back that up. It could be real, but hardly there is another race that is always hidden to humans. Many monsters in history are just deformed humans. For example, the wendigo is an indian story about the transformation of a canibal to some very ugly-looking thing. The berzerkers usually get possessed by demons that give them the strength or abilities of the sacrificed animal during their ritual. Shamans, Magicians, Oracles, etc. - all getting their information and knowledge from demons. Or as they like to call them - spirits. Basically, every polytheistic religion is rooted in demon worship.
Yahweh is the god of the old testament a.k.a. Satan. You can review how Solomon had control over all the demons because "God" gave him a magical sigil. The real God wouldn't do that. Ever. Or the pretend sacrifice of a kid to test what's his face's faith. Or the fact that Moses climbed a mountain that had a voice so terrible that others didn't even dare to go near. Or the 10 plagues that killed people in Egypt. Again, what type of God will spare Satan but will kill off Egyptian kids? Not the right one, that's for sure. I don't have specific works on Yahweh but there are many online. You can always understand who is the real God when you compare it to Jesus - this historical figure died in a terrible way and didn't kill anyone. There are many Roman records that there was a person with such a name that caused the Roman slaves to disobey and to ignore their annual offerings. Unfortunately, Romans got smart 300 years later and created the church in order to pretend they are on the side of the slaves, but just turned out to be another form of control. Still, there are good priests even now. Few, but they still exist and a person doesn't need a church to be religious.
