In the third frame the foot/shoe is pointing straight towards the camera. Not a green screen.
The whole thing was a deep state performance, but I think they used the actual courthouse.
Edit: I just saw it in video form. That is sus as hell. Looks like a green screen. What if all the news is faked.

Could be artifact of video encoding? Then again we would see more of those esp near areas of movement if that was the case. If using a green screen why place it there of all places?
