"patient number" - interesting field.
"Patient" in Russian is translated also as "терпящий" or in rogue slang form "терпила" i.e. "a victim that tolerant to any humiliation/harassment".
So in my head it sounds like a "serial number of a victim tolerant to any humiliation"
