I believe Bob Lazar. The smear campaign against him is very real. Anytime I saw a Bob Lazar post on plebbit the people saying he's a fraud or a phoney would have numerous comments about him in their history. As if they were always searching for Lazar posts to trash. The majority of the people in the ufo community seem to have an angle or at the very least seem disingenuous. I never got that vibe from Bob. Now bring on the downvotes and anecdotes about MIT and him being a pimp.
specifically with regards this video - I can see that the landscape of the area in his satellite images DOES match Bob's drawing, and also kinda the map shown in the 80's footage - but I struggle to see the hangers he points out, or the construction. I can see the difference between the images of the mountain from 50's 80's and 2000's, but unless someone told me hangers were being built into that mountain I would never have determined that from the 80's image. Colors just look a little different. Anyway, he says he's going to upload all the images in this video to this website:
