Seven mistakes from my count. I would also throw in some commas but it should still be grammatically correct. Maybe switch the first punctuation to a semicolon. In the end, I would not want this teacher to teach my children based upon this sloppiness.
If only they knew military spending IS uncle sam’s main social program. All the foreign aid we give is spent on weapons or tbills. All the domestic aid makes banks and corporations rich.
