they know what they're doing. Climate change is only a tool for them to consolidate more power, they themselves don't give a rats ass about it.
Now look at the bumbling idiotic response to the cargo ship "crisis" on the west coast of the US and think about how much they're polluting just idling away. It's on purpose.
