Is the box cooler than the air, as if cooled by dry ice?

PS: I don't think they would miss the only opportunity to vaxx 50-70% of world population with their "thing".. for me: definitelly NOT saline, lol :)

One thought I had was, this was an excuse to get the military involved, because "only they could handle the high requirements".
My idea was they wanted to create a ubiquitous system able to ship quantum computing qubits around the globe.
