I believe that the vaccine mandates were to make sure only people who will be enforcing the upcoming decade long lockdowns at full loyalty, remain.

The mandate is just a cover. Wait until 5 months later, when Tedros starts raving about "we are back to stage 1" and "we need a final solution against covid-19"...and you will know what it truly means.
