They privatized mil contracts through all kinds of companies like this.. Halliburton, and a dozen defense agencies. "Legal profiteering"

Ya know what is interesting? When the media uses GOP. I know it's used in the disparaging sense, and I know it's used to be terse as well, but I wonder if there other nuance to it.
