Yeah, neocons and mossad. Carlyle group was just muscle they had complete control over. Guilty, yes. But not the prime movers. Cheney, Rummy and ZOG.

They privatized mil contracts through all kinds of companies like this.. Halliburton, and a dozen defense agencies. "Legal profiteering"
