Swiss gave up on their banking secrecy in the GFC '08-09.

Singapore is where the money hoarders went.

Also, Singapore is' best in fighting Covid' and is already a surveillance city state with heavy sanctions if you slip (except if you are a billionaire).

Yeah, hence the "quotation marks".

But yeah, Singapore is the Western version of the Chinese control-tech-utopia.
