I’ve been trying to think of a way to study these. I think we need to characterize their dispersal and time the effects alongside atmospheric conditions. I’ve seen both. I know central’s are real. Bill gate talks about using them for climate.

Look up Stratospheric Aerosol Injection. They are very real. Former CIA director John Brennon spoke about using them
