9 School closures were originally predicated on "stopping the spread" -- meaning stop wider transmission so as to protect the vulnerable (elderly, etc.) from risk. Now it's morphed into protecting kids themselves, which is insane, as they face less risk from COVID than seasonal flu. All of the measures are deliberate.
They want 0 cases in 2 weeks while EVERY OTHER NPC knows it's impossible.
If something does not make sense, it has ulterior motives.
The goal here is invoked illiteracy. They tried it in Khmer Rouge 1975 and 50% of the whole Cambodian Population ended up illiterate.
Now imagine the WHOLE WORLD.
