9 School closures were originally predicated on "stopping the spread" -- meaning stop wider transmission so as to protect the vulnerable (elderly, etc.) from risk. i believe the vaccine is something else entirely and not even related with covid at all. It's to control as many people as possible via nanoreceptors that can be turned on to take control of their bodies or minds
All of the measures are deliberate.
They want 0 cases in 2 weeks while EVERY OTHER NPC knows it's impossible.
If something does not make sense, it has ulterior motives.
The goal here is invoked illiteracy. They tried it in Khmer Rouge 1975 and 50% of the whole Cambodian Population ended up illiterate.
