Folic acid is vitamin b9. White flour is already 'enriched' and this is just adding one more item to the list. This isn't a bad thing.
It's not a good thing to force bread makers to put nutrients in food. They should recommend, not force.
Flour already has iron and nicotine acid aka niacin aka vitamin B3
Agreed.
Gotta admit, though, it seems like we've left open a backdoor for medical treatment without consent here, kinda like with the fluoride thing.
