Hey, we've seen that many "health ministers" and such have little regard for their own health.
Also, the intonation and way he pronounces things coupled with the weird movement reminds of Neanderthals not being able to articulate things properly because of an elongated vocal box. I have a feeling that if he got angry or something, his speech would turn into a guttural mess.
Of course, there's segments of the population that have more Neanderthal DNA than others.
I didn't really need to check, but he is Jewish. Funny how many "Holocaust survivors" or their children head multi-national companies now. Seems like Jews thrived because of it, rather than being decimated. Funny how the Holocaust gave them the Promised Land wrapped in a bow.
