spending crypto is peer to peer, the government cannot stop it. I can send you 1ETH right now, in exchange for any good or services, and there's nothing the government can do to stop it, except physically come to my house and physically stop me, which is untenable at scale if enough humans decide to do it. Some cryptos are also anonymous so finding me would be extremely difficult.
