In my experience with HR they never say the word "fired" they always say "your access had been denied" or you have been "terminated"

This is why they are saying ERs are being over run. When in reality it's because a shortage (will get worse) of qualified Nurses and Doctors not getting the jab and getting let go. We really need to make sure the ones responsible for this are held accountable in the end.
It's best to stay away from the medical industry as much as you can, anyway, since it has been weaponized against humanity.
At my old hospital many vaccines were mandatory except for the yearly flu shot. All you were required to do was wear a mask during flu season. It wasn’t a big deal.
