you add or activate a "change user agent extension" to your web brower.
then "spoof" your user agent along with "spoofing" your IP address with a vpn which may or may not be run by an agency. you don't know.
and don't use actual chrome. that's Alphabet Google.
The browser fingerprint consists of a large set of parameters, not only user agent. In fact, changing your user agent will set you apart even more as you have made an individual change that sets you apart from everyone else with your same setup.

The lists rank user agent profiles by how common or rare they are.
It is one of several browser fingerprint parameters and should be changed from time to time.
