As for funding...the initially suggested idol "money" deceived the many to consent to suggested value defined by the choices of the few; while ignoring using their own free will of choice to evaluate. The highest value within ALL existence represents ONEs free will of choice to evaluate it. After the few gained the power to act in the name of the idol called "money"; they branded the resulting conflict as "rich" vs "poor".

We represent form (life) within flow (inception towards death); which makes our free will of choice a response to the balance of flow. That's what we choose to ignore when consenting to the suggestions made by the choices of others; who parasitically exploit out ignorance of balance by suggesting us that we will find balance if we just keep marching towards "progress".
As form within flow the outcome is predefined (death); which is why the highest value (evaluation by choice of reaction) is about balancing as form within flow aka within the moment(um) of motion. Life is not outcome oriented; but defined by the struggle of self sustenance by choice of reaction balance aka the choice of need over want instead of the deadly temptation of want over need.
