So you can deprive yourself of sleep further to get in some extra time, or you could sleep longer which means you are working more than half of the time you are awake. Add in your commute and things you need to do because of working (taxes, government paperwork, resumes, interviews, letters of application, shopping for work clothes, filling the car more often), it's getting closer to two-thirds of your waking day.
