Can a soldier please explain to me how this works? My understanding is the government should work for its people and if a soldier works for the government they also work for the people. That's the country I thought I was born into but I understand things change. I just want to know how soldiers understand this, for perspective. If the government and military turn against the countrymen who is the traitor? What makes a country?
