The way it's written allows them to keep the status quo, so normies who didn't wake up are still asleep. The globalists took more steps toward normalization. They won't do this all in a day because that will jolt everyone and wake up some normies. As far as normies are concerned, there's one thing that the FDA said is safer than the other safe things.
