Her paralyzed side looks better than her regular side. If she gets double Bell's Palsy, she might look normal without those facial expressions. I can see why she wants to do it again. lol

The overwhelming fear that one might have been mistaken is the by far the biggest hurdle for humanity in general. It is absurdly difficult for many people to admit that they made a mistake, that they didn't fully understand something, that they were tricked, etc. It really shouldn't be that hard. It's a perfectly normal part of the human experience. It doesn't mean that someone is stupid or otherwise inferior. What actually IS stupid and inferior is going your whole life without ever mentally evolving because the process is a threat to your ego.

What breaks my heart is she honestly believes that it was required to see other people again.

Like it was a condition of parole.

My hubs had Bell’s palsy once, he had a long sinus infection and then the palsy showed up. He said he wouldn’t wish it on his worst enemy and it’s probably one of the biggest driving factors in his decision to never, ever get the vaccine. He’s terrified of getting it again.
