The story writer for that episode is Jeremy Bernstein. It's the only episode he was involved in for that show.

Yep, here is his twitter. He cries about Covid a lot and praises lockdowns/mask/vax. He was also very anti-Trump during Trump's time in office, basically parrots all the normal TDS stuff, like Trump is a racist and other BS

Trump IS racist, and YOURE NOT BLACK for voting for him!
After further research I found out this show was adapted from a Stephen King book. He would have been involved I am sure.
He also has a twitter with all his recent posts being about covid. He was also known for talking about Sandy Hook and the need to ban all firearms. Along with anti-Trump TDS style comments.

Predictive programming is one of the strangest conspiracy topics IMO. Do they enjoy flaunting it, or is there another agenda at play? Are they communicating with each other using media (as depicted in the short lived series Rubicon)?
gets people ready for the ideas
revelation of method
interdepartmental signaling / flex
general sorcery

I believe they are beholden to a religion which requires them to warn us about future plans of evil. In a sick way media is their method to stay consistent with their belief system without telling us directly. This is why it's all called Television Programming.
If you go to the root of the word "program" it states it comes from: "programma" 1: a public notice especially if posted; more historic applications:
(obsolete, historical, Ancient Greece) Any law, which, after it had passed the Athenian senate, was fixed on a tablet for public inspection before being proposed to the general assembly of the people. (obsolete) An edict published for public information; an official bulletin; a public proclamation. (obsolete) A preface.
