The more subtle ones such as destroying immune systems or sterilization are obviously happening, but what I meant by "lethal" is when people start collapsing on the streets, flooding ER beds and media using them to scare monger for more restrictions because it did happen. And by did happen, I didn't just meant in a news article, you have to go into a hospital and see the ERs are really flooded with vaxxed patients.
