My GF brought home some of this. The raw texture and stickiness of it is a close approximation to meat. However, I refused to eat it. To me it was disgusting to think this plant based product when raw so closely approximates it.
If I don't want to eat meat, I wouldn't eat meat. But I like eating meat. I don't want a substitute. For me it's either meat or no meat, there is no substitution.
