The current clot shot is approved for emergency use only and Pfizer and friends have a "no liability" waiver in place. If it is FDA approved for non emergency use, will the "can't sue me" waiver remain in force? Just wondering...
They already HAVE full legal immunity for "approved" vaccines. The waiver was only because an unapproved treatment was outside the scope of the previous liability free agreement.

...so yes , they will keep their legal immunity after FDA approval.
You can not sue a pharm company for adverse reactions to vaccination of any kind.
