Ah, you're into the same realms of research. Assuming everything I've read about organic robotoids is true, I can imagine that it's implementation nowadays is much smoother than it was in the Jimmy Carter days, with advancements in biology and cloning research.
I'd go so far as to propose that the various Bills and Hillaries rotated around over the years were a series of organic robotoids themselves.
