Solar panels
They talk about solar panels in the documentary. Basically, the new model is to let customers generate the power and the utilities new revenue model is to sell the data collected through the smart meters. The personal data generates far more revenue than the electricity itself.
Off the grid. No one needs to know if youre using solar panels to generate electricity to do indoor farming or charge yer phone.
Stop it. Solar panels provide about a 17-33 percent subsidy in peak conditions. Averaging at 20-25 percent of your total usage. They require back up, and they require batteries. The panel has next to no lifetime many break within years. The charge they harness degrades over time. The battery needed to store charge, has a relatively small lifetime.
What is it about fucking dumb stupid millennial faggot idiots today. They are as dumb as ?. You deserve to be extinct. You simply buy stupid advertising.
The above without later dissecting how panels are made are already far worse than oil and gas and coal. Because they are a great big huge stupid service hoax. The lifetime is bullshit. The power generated is bullshit. It simply costs you more for more services none are eco.
Then we look at how panels are made and they are far more toxic than oil and gas. They simply don't recycle. Yes they are made out of fossil fuels.
They are literally a hoax costing you more, on a product you can't even repair yourself. Dumbing down of civilization making you reliant on automation. Where you aren't sustainable. Weather hits why no back up. But another means to an end. How much more power do you need when everything and your robot dog is plugged in. Until it is costing you more and more, meanwhile none of your products are eco they are shittier electrics also breaking much quicker in a great big daisy chain of human stupidity.
Panels can be used by the mile, thousands of panels, with a wind back up. Then when weather hits, you are completely fucked. But for all the bullshit, your self sustaining household needs. Why weren't you using a fossil fuel? It was far cleaner in the long run, emiting by a pale comparison and far more durable to the acres of wasteful products and inflating services.
